Investment Background - The deal has a 2-tier structure whereby the Issuing SPV (based on Cayman Islands) issues Sukuk Certificates, and under a Funding Agreement, a Purchasing SPV (based on Delaware) receives the proceeds and Purchases interest in gas properties.

Investment Return

-	Annual return of 11.25% paid quarterly; and
-	The principal is amortized based on hydrocarbon production
