We are active in the Capital Markets either as a provider of advisory services or as a participant, focusing on equity investments and the issuance of Islamic debt instruments. We have participated in some of the region’s most significant offerings of Sukuks and other syndicated Islamic financing offerings. In doing so, we have enabled clients to access the income provided by these instruments.

We have built up a well-balanced portfolio of GCC Sukuks pursuing a primarily cash flow-driven, income-oriented investment strategy through highly effective yields and seeking capital gain by opportunistically acquiring undervalued Sukuks in the distressed economic environment.

We have also developed a well-balanced GCC portfolio of liquid, value driven equities, offering moderate dividend income. CMH implements a consistent and proven investment philosophy, style and process in its directly managed investment portfolio. We aim to add value at each of the portfolio’s selection levels: country, sector and stock. The objective is the identification of mispricing within the GCC equity markets through a structured investment process in order to produce both capital appreciation and dividend income.
