Khalid Mohammed Najibi

Khalid is the Founding Member and Executive Director of Bahrain-based Najibi Investment Company. Khalid is a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bahrain Islamic Bank, Board Member of First Energy Bank, Board Member of Arbah Capital (Saudi Arabia) and Chairman of The Libya Fund. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Abaad Real Estate Company B.S.C. and also Founding Member of Young Arab Leaders (YAL) Bahrain Chapter.

Khalid has over 19 years experience in the fields of finance and investment. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Schiller International, UK. He passed his US Certified Public Accountancy in California, USA in 1993.

Mohamed A. Aljasim
Chief Investment Officer

Mohamed’s core responsibility is to contribute to the Bank’s overall profitability through effective leadership of the Investment Department which includes sourcing, structuring, packaging and marketing of viable deals.

Has played a key role in the development of CMH, contributing to the work surrounding the upgrading of CMH’s license from an investment company to that of an investment banking license as well as contributing to CMH’s successful capital raising initiative in late 2008 which involved a rights issue and capital increase. Before joining CMH, Held the post of Senior Executive Director and Head of Investment Banking at Gulf Finance House B.S.C.(c) (GFH) where he participated in a wide range of significant projects and investment activities.

Holds a BA Hons (Honors) Accounting degree from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
