Previously, Nabeel was Head of Sales in BBK where he had several team leading responsibilities, including target setting, sales training, MIS, metric management and client relationship management. Nabeel also contributed to the call center's growth from a captive contact center to the inception of Invita, the outsourcing service provider. Nabeel obtained an MBA from NYIT, Bahrain in 2008 and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain in January 2005, he is also certified by Help Desk Institute (HDI) of USA as a Help Desk Manager.

An experienced relationship manager and banking professional in the fields of syndicated risk management, investment and private banking. Fawaz has worked with Arab National Bank, National Commercial Bank, Samba Financial Group and Capinvest. Has a proven record of growing successful relationships: generating new business clients and cross-selling opportunities with the largest corporations and individuals in Saudi Arabia; establishing a repeat client base; and negotiating client compliance with syndication agreements. Fawaz has more than 10 years of sales, marketing and investment experience and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, which he gained in 2000. he is also certified by CMA in Tadawul.
