Lagoon City is a real estate project being undertaken by Al-Ahlia Investment Company, one of the oldest investment companies in Kuwait. A US$ 200 million sukuk issue was launched to finance Lagoon City. The project comprises of 401 sea front and 155 back bay plots that are a part of a much larger development, Kheiran Pearl City, Kuwait.
