CMH Private Equity focuses on equity investments in medium sized enterprises, along with start-up and / or early stage companies with clear growth dynamics and strong profit potential.

CMH targets companies in various sectors including, but not limited to:

Our investment criteria focuses on businesses that have proprietary technologies and strong/growing customer bases. We look at companies with experienced management teams, strong governance, healthy margins, a clear value proposition and where our investment capital, network and expertise can be applied to add value. We prefer to act as the lead investor in target companies and where appropriate, seek strategic partners who can bring additional capital, market reach and overall support to the company. We will also selectively consider venture buyouts of companies.

We aim to work with management teams whose philosophy is aligned with our key investment objectives.
