Raffles City (Bahrain Bay)

CMH was also a co-underwriter with Citibank for Raffles City (Bahrain Bay), a US$ 200 million real estate project in Bahrain. A project of Capital Land of Singapore, Raffles City Bahrain is an integrated residential, serviced residential and retail development with a total land area of 43,883 square meters and gross development area of 287,697 square meters. The project is being developed on reclaimed land and forms part of the Bahrain Bay master plan which encompasses the development off the north eastern cost of Manama.
