Safana Investment Company W.L.L. owns a share in a sea bed area of approximately 868,000 square meters in Bahrain. The project is being promoted by Al Salam Bank. CMH is a strategic investor in the company and aimed of repackaging the investment and down-selling them to CMH clients. Deal size is approximately BHD 70.0 million with the participation of CMH and its investor amounting in excess of BHD 2.1 million.
