Khalid Mohammed Najibi - Vice Chairman & Managing Director
Khalid is Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Capital Management House. He is also the Founding Member and Executive Director of Bahrain-based Najibi Investment Company. Khalid is a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bahrain Islamic Bank, Board Member of Gulf Finance House, Board Member of Arbah Capital (Saudi Arabia), QInvest LLC (an investment bank based in Qatar) and Chairman of The Libya Fund. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Abaad Real Estate Company B.S.C. and a Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Crown Industries (Bahrain). Khalid is also Founding Member of Young Arab Leaders (YAL) Bahrain Chapter.
Khalid holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Schiller International, UK, which he gained in 1990 and CPA from the State of California, U.S.A. |

Mohamed A. Aljasim - Chief Investment Officer
Mohammed is the Chief Investment Officer at CMH. Previously he held the post of Senior Executive Director, Head of Investment Banking at Gulf Finance House "GFH". Mohamed participated in high profile projects and investment activities at GFH, these included due diligence and financial valuations; company valuations; product development and structuring of project deals and investment platforms; development of business plans and financial engineering; preparation of market/feasibility studies as well as placement and offering memoranda. Mohamed was in involved in multi-million US Dollar deals in such diverse sectors as real estate, manufacturing, banking, insurance and technology and in locations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), wider Middle East North Africa (MENA) region, the United Kingdom (UK) and continental Europe. Mohamed was also involved in the setting up and/or start-up of special purpose vehicles in the above locations.
In addition to his previous post at GFH, Mohamed is a board member in several companies in the GCC.
Mohamed is a Bahraini national and holds a BA (Honors) Accounting degree from the University of Portsmouth, UK. |

Chris Wharton-Hood - Chief Operating Officer
Chris Wharton-Hood is the Chief Operating Officer for Capital Management House and has over 17 years experience in the financial services industry and has worked in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in both corporate and investment banking and is specialist in operations, IT and Corporate Governance. Prior to joining CMH he was the Chief Operating Officer of Al Rajhi Bank- Corporate Banking Division in Saudi Arabia. Prior to moving to the Middle East, Chris was a senior member of Barclays Bank PLC UK Retail Bank Division as well as the Africa and Middle East Division where he left Africa as the Head of Operations and IT. He played an integral role in the acquisition of ABSA Bank in South Africa in 2005. Chris has a Phd in Corporate Governance and an MBA from Newport University. He is also a graduate of the IOD/GIMT Non Executive Director program. Chris is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa, United Kingdom and Canada. |

Bakar Al-Sakin – Secretary to the Board &
Head of Legal Compliance & AML
Bakkar Al-Sakin is a corporate lawyer with more than twenty years experience in the legal field. He obtained his LLB (Honors) from the University of Khartoum, Sudan 1984 and practiced law in Sudan, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, where he obtained his professional qualifications including the CPE, the LPC and a Masters Degree in Legal Practice. He previously worked in Bahrain for Arab Insurance Group and Bahrain Petroleum Company before joining CMH. Bakkar brings with him a very rich background in commercial legal practice and international corporate exposure.

Antonio E. Logarta - Structured Finance
Antonio has served for over 30 years in the financial services sector with strong exposure in the field of credit, corporate banking, development finance and investments. He held executive postings at different levels in several leading Gulf-based financial institutions. Before joining CMH, Antonio was a Director at Gulf Finance House where he participated in various capacities in direct and private equity investments in several sectors such as firms engaged in banking & finance, manufacturing and services across the Gulf region. He was also involved in several of the Bank's real estate funds and infrastructure development projects |

Mohammed Al-Dhubaib - Investment Placement
Mohammed joined Capital Management House in September 2007 as a member of the Investment Placement Team. Prior to joining Capital Management House, Mohammed worked with CrediMax (Subsidiary company fully owned By Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait) as a Credit Analyst for three years. Mohammed holds an Associate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Bahrain and a Bachelors Degree of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology, Bahrain

Nabeel A. Mustafa - Principal, Investment Placement
Nabeel is a Principal in the Investment Placement Department of CMH. Previously, Nabeel was Head of Sales in BBK where he had several team leading responsibilities, including target setting, sales training, MIS, metric management and client relationship management. Nabeel also contributed to the call center's growth from a captive contact center to the inception of Invita, the outsourcing service provider. Nabeel completed his Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain in January 2005 and is certified by Help Desk Institute (HDI) of USA as a Help Desk Manager. He is expected to complete his MBA Degree from New York Institution of Technology, Bahrain in August 08. |

Fawaz Naqi - Principal, Investment Department
Fawaz is a Principal in the Investment Department CMH. Fawaz specializes in sourcing, evaluating and financial structuring of investment opportunities across the real estate value chain within the GCC and MENA region. Prior to joining CMH, Fawaz was part of the start up team of Investate Realty BSC and subsequently held the position of Principal in its Investment & Investment Placement Department. Fawaz also worked in the Asset Management Department of Gulf Finance House BSC. Fawaz is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Durham University, United Kingdom. |

Hasan N. Al-Mahroos -
Senior Investment Analyst
Hasan joined CMH's Investment Structuring Team as a Senior Investment Analyst. Previously, Hasan held the position of Deputy Portfolio Manager in the Asset Management Division at TAIB Bank, where he managed the GCC Blue Chip Fund and segregated mandates which focused on the GCC region. Prior to that position, Hasan was an Equity Analyst covering the MENA, Indian and Turkish markets, where he served as a member of the Investment Committee and initiated buy-side recommendations. Hasan interned with Arab Bank and Citibank in their respective graduate training programs. Hasan holds a Bachelors Degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Bahrain , is a Series 7 License holder (registered representative of broker/dealer in the GCC) and is currently a CFA Level I candidate. |

Yousef joined the placement team in April 2008. Prior to joi CMH, Yousef worked for Batelco as an Account Executive in AlDana Club, where he was in charge of high revenue generating mobile customers. He then moved to MTC-Vodafone Bahrain as an Account Manager in the Corporate & VIP Sales. Yousef earned his BBA in Economics from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. He also has an MBA from Webster University in San Diego, California. |

Ahmed Ali Abdulrahim - Head of Operations
Ahmed is Head of the Operations Dept. He joined Capital Management House with over 20 years experience from his previous employer. Prior to joining Capital Management House, Ahmed served as Treasury Operations Manager with The Saudi National Commercial Bank in Bahrain and was responsible for day-to-day Treasury & Investment transactions these included Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Islamic Products and Capital Markets. He managed Clients Portfolio Custody, maintained Externally Managed Funds records and he created and maintained a business relation with Correspondent Banks. Ahmed was part of the Implementation Team for SNCB Operating System. Previously, he was an Assistant Manager - Operations at BNP Paribas in Bahrain. Ahmed holds a BS in Banking & Finance from the University of Bahrain and MBA in Finance from AMA International University in Bahrain.

His professional experience (24 years) commenced with Ernst & Young, followed by off-shore banks and Investment Companies in Bahrain and Kuwait and revolved around financial accounting, credit administration, investment accounting, venture capital accounting and fund administration in financial institutions. His last assignment was with Kuwait Investment Authority, Government of Kuwait. |

Syed Azher has a successful track record in designing and implementing IT solutions in excess of $500,000 for mid and large size financial institutions, government agencies and private companies within the GCC. These projects included networking, security, auditing and training. He has extensive experience in a number of IT disciplines and holds a number of professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNP, RHCE, CEH and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from British Standard Institute, U.K. Azher has BS degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
